If you’re visiting the beautiful island of Poros and craving authentic Greek flavors, ROTA is the place to be. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, smiles, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home.
The traditional Greek dishes are full of flavor and clearly made with care. Everything I tried was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the relaxed atmosphere paired with a lovely view made the experience even better.

We had the most amazing Kebabs - Grilled Chicken wings and lamb Koftas. Food was top quality, massive portions and most importantly as tasty as it looks👌 They have two restaurants next to each other. One of them is a Seafood Greek restaurant and the other one a Meat Middle Eastern one.

Our favourite taverna on Poros. Super friendly staff, fast service, generous portions, and something a bit different on the menu. Try the lahmanzoun, the cheese pies, and the incredible baklava. Well worth a visit, you won't regret it

The table wines are high quality but you can also choose from George's special selection cellar.
There is free wifi with a full signal. Despite there being plenty of tables there are times even this late in the season when Rota is full !!
We noticed that many of the locals choose to eat here - always a great endorsement.
We feel this is THE restaurant to frequent in Poros for the tastiest food, good portions and friendly service.The most welcoming staff, service was 10/10! And the food matched the service 💙. The sea bass there was the tastiest white fish we've ever had in Greece, no joke, and the lamb was tender and delicious. But it doesn't end there - the complimentary baklava was to die for! Went there 2 times in our stay, both experiences were perfect! Very child friendly also!
Exceptional service. From first menu and greeting. Good was tasty and a good price. Had Moussaka with chips, stuffed vegetables. Red semi sweet house wine, which was excellent... Lovely spot. Attentive throughout. Low prices. Highly recommended..

Great place on the waterfront in Poros near the passenger ferry port. Great for people watching! Had the best Giros here too and Greek Salad was wonderful! Recommended!

Great authentic flavor! Super quality. Be careful portions are big! I loved the baked lamb, moist and soft in sour gravy. The Greek pasta was amazing too with fresh delicious meat
We are here on our first night in Poros, and are glad we did. It's a little bit of a tourist trap, but the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, joked with us, and gave us an excellent wine recommendation. The local Santorini wine is half the price of some of the other restaurants in Poros, and one of the nicest I've ever had (and, I have had many a wines). The grilled octopus was also fab!
